Anyone else enjoy a nap in the daytime?

Especially when working from home. Literally getting paid to take a nap!

If I nap it sadly affects my night slumber adversely.

Even a seemingly innocent five minute kip will translate as hours to succumb to sleep later ☹️

Sometimes I don't have a choice.

I don't particularly like sleeping during the day because I'll struggle to get to sleep before 1am if I do.

I don't like how I feel when I wake up, either.

I have no trouble having an 'unplanned' nap on the sofa, but take myself to bed for a planned nap because I can feel how tired I am... As soon as my head hits the pillow, bam! Wide awake 😫

My nap time start about 11, but I force myself not too.

I always fall asleep straight and I always dream, and I also always wake up at 12pm.

It's odd because the dreams are always down vivid.
