Brighton - even Hove!

Do you ever give anyone a second chance or the benefit of the doubt? Or is it one strike and you’re out type thing for you?

"Do you ever give anyone a second chance or the benefit of the doubt? Or is it one strike and you’re out type thing for you? "

It entirely depends on the context..

If you are discussing fab then most likely

Very occasionally, depending on the context, but a third chance is never going to happen.

Lifelong grudges, always.

If we are talking FAB meets, and they have ghosted or generally not been respectful then nah, no second chances.

It depends if I think they're genuine in what they've said.

If I do give a 2nd chance, I expect that they will be the ones trying to sort out another time and place.

If they don't, then I wouldn't get back in touch with them.

If anyone just stood me up, then no second chance at all.

"Very occasionally, depending on the context, but a third chance is never going to happen."

That’s interesting.

I go by the Auric Goldfinger aphorism:

Once is happenstance

Twice is coincidence

Thrice is enemy action

Miami, Sandwich and now Geneva….

Depends who, I've given people 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances, I guess I just end up with the enough is enough & I'm out, sometimes that maybe the 1st chance and others the 4th.

Depends on the magnitude of their transgression. Generally no.

If she's worth bonking then I'll apply my hypocritical card and afford her a third chance. If she's expendable then no.

This is the problem with having a fragile heart — the fragments have been glued back together far too often.

"Do you ever give anyone a second chance or the benefit of the doubt? Or is it one strike and you’re out type thing for you? "

Depends who it is and what they did.

But to be be blunt (and what I suspect you are getting at) no, I don't give women a second chance.

Wouldn't tolerate a cheat (learnt that the hard way as a teen). You don't get to mess with my heart.

Even when im swinging, I won't tolerate being messed about. Have met a few in the past who turned me down on fab but them met me at a club and changed their tune or showed intrest then went off with someone else just to come back to me when that didn't work. Just how some women are I guess. Well, too late.i have options aa well and i'm not playing second fiddle to anyone. I have to much self respect.

Depends, for example a fab meet, if they've given me a reason why they can't meet for fun or for a social. Not an issue. Life gets in the way.

But if they've ghosted without the decency to give an explanation, then they can fuck off.

On here, we’ve accepted it if it’s come from something urgent however the walls go up if there’s a complete change in the connection.

Can’t be dealing with half heartedness.

In real life, probably the same. Don’t like flakiness.

Either way we don’t sweat it. People either get on with you or they don’t.
