There’s a couple of decent Thai places on Wallsend High Street but they’re not really sports massages.

OP, little tip - I've only just discovered it myself - but there's this site called Google...will bring up no end of options!

It's amazing!

As a trained masseur, I would suggest that if you need sports massage then go to a good physio or get s recommendation.

Don't let just anyone massage an injury.

You need to know what to do.

Anyone who’s ever had a sport massage will tell you that this is NOT what you need.

You’re after a sensual massage with a happy ending, and don’t deny it 😂

A den in the Glen

As a fully trained sports masseuse, former model, hair stylist, owner of a few luxury yachts I recommend using Google orbat a push Ask Jeeves.

My preamble is just a ruse in order to get women to reply to the mundane and obvious. Try it. It can work.

It's not massage you need for lower back pain. Google NHS back pain and there's some very good advice and a video. Daily stretching is what you need, prevention is better than cure.

Gateshead College do sports massages as it part of one of the students courses, of course there will be no funny business as the students are assessed and accompanied at all times so might not be what you are looking for.

couple, us we him her.

Try your local physio.

A deep tissue sports massage is not something to be taken lightly.

Harm can be done if untrained seek out a professional for a safe and competent job.
