So I'm currently on a bit of a lifestyle improvement journey and every Sunday I write down what I want to do for the week. (I love a list)

Mostly this involves food and when I'll go swimming as I'm trying to shed 4 stone. However it also includes reminders to do some of the little things that make me happy when life takes over.

So lovely people in my phone, what's on your lists for the week ahead?

Will there be anything left of you if you lose 4 stone. And can I have the bits you lose please

To get more handsome

Spend less time here.

I'm on a bit of a declutter and restructure since my seperation. As well rebalancing my mental and physical health.

So my list is

Declutter one defined area of the house

Refer myself to a local mental health service for (preferably) some talk therapy.

Make it to the gym and aquafit at least once this week.

Book my youngests birthday party

And knit while watchong tv more (instead of playing on my phone or preving on here)

Sorry to hear you've been poorly. New York will be awesome. I'm excited for my first visit there in December.

And cheering up is always fun.

Life can really suck sometimes. You will get there. I find I have to break my goal up in to smaller milestones so I feel like I'm achieving a bit more and it doesn't seem like such a huge mountain to climb.

Good luck x

Over thinking is such a curse and we all need to get better at being our own best friend as opposed to an enemy. Much easier said than done though.

Enjoy the theatre. What are you going to see? X

To not have a iced maple hazel latte.

To not tell anyone to fuck off.

To not put any more guys off me on here.

To start working out (I've had this for over 6 months so I don't hold out much hope).

4 stone ( roughly 28kgs) is a lot of weight... Unless you are competing in a weight class sport my advice is to use the mirror not the scales to get in shape.

If you are eating well and clean food and exercising you (and other people) will notice it in the way you look and the way your clothes fit, this is the best way rather than being addicted to the scales and thinking you need to starve yourself.

Good luck OP! I hope you do well 😊

Mine are fairly simple. I’m following a diet until Christmas but am working away for the next two weeks, so I need to stick with it and not be tempted by hotel cuisine.

Maintain the swimming regime.

Keep increasing my running distance (this is my fun thing).

Try to meet some nice Fabbers in Cumbria while I’m there. This could also be fun!

So I've got three exercise classes this week on my days off which will be good.

Also desperately need to get my implant renewed, there just seems to be such a long waiting list around here. Shagging with a condom isn't as fun!

Also need to get him a birthday present although typical man he won't tell me what he wants or needs.

C xoxo

This very much aligns with what I want to do - so hard to get myself motivated though - after an injury as well that has kerbed most things for the past 6 months it has been so hard. I need to get to it though so here’s my list for next week:

- start making better choices (did)

- Log off work on time at least twice this week

- increase steps

- have earlier nights at least 3 times this week

- Do something for me

😁
