Get some meat and a loaf tin. I add some other stuff too but if you haven't got those then it really won't be meatloaf. Unless it's that person who sings.

Yeah 50/50... with some onions and cheddar believe it or not. Don't do mine in a loaf tin though, do it on a flat tray.
