However there is no way can hide a spreader bar surely

Draw under the bed and a bolt on the top of the door, where kids can’t reach, the bolt also comes in handy for hiding birthday and Christmas presents.

In a box under the bed and bedside drawer.

Tell your kids that stuff in your bedroom is private and they should respect that if they're old enough to understand.

Get a couple of those plastic clamps plumbers use to fix pipes to walls. You should be able to mount them under your bed, along the inside of a bed rail. That way, the spreader bar is clipped in to the clamps, and away from prying eyes, even if someone took a peek under bed

Yeah I... Think we may have a hoarding problem

After all, how many rubber dicks does a person *really* need

A lot of it is impact based to be fair, which takes up a fair bit of space.

Boxes under the bed. A locked metal case under the bed. Bedside tables. A set of black plastic (so you can't see the contents) boxes on a set of shelves in the corner of the room. On top of the wardrobe. The bathroom cupboard.

I have a fair few. 😇

And I've just remembered to put away the ones I'd cleaned and left to air dry in the bathroom before the gas guy comes round to do the annual safety check......🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂

If you want something for larger toys/restraints then padded musical instrument boxes are a good option. Or flight cases for camera gear. 😉

Get a lockable one. Many have key locks. Great for spreader bars, crops etc.

Radiator clips screwed into the underside/back of the length rail of the bed if it’s made of wood (and depending on the diameter of your bar) are great for storing a spreader bar ….im a genius…I know lol

I have a large green beaten-up military tactical Pelicase that also has some foam inserts with cut outs for two champagne bottles and a couple of coupes.

Always adds air of mystery checking in to hotels and can be padlocked to prevent house-keeping from having a nosey

A modified one as the one we had didn’t spread far enough!

So we ‘obtained’ an adjustable crutch and cut the ends off and attached it to our existing bar so it extends a lot further and spray painted it all the same colour. Works perfectly 😈

This is the kind of creativity I like! 👌

I've just 'customised' my four poster to enable alternative restraint options.

Although cutting through a scaffold tube with a 6" hacksaw wasn't the most fun I've ever had.....🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😂😂

Perhaps, or maybe he discovered it by accident, and to respect her privacy, left it alone, and so she wouldn't be embarrassed by "dad finding out"

No children, so mostly just in a drawer in the chest in the bedroom.

But if I was looking to conceal some. Id get a blanket chest for the foot of the bed and either have a false bottom (ooh-er, missus) or just bury them underneath blankets, sheets, duvet covers

We've a shiny gold box that lives on the table next to the bed. It's probably big enough for a pair of size 12's but like others... we need to find a bigger box.

When the kids come over it just goes in the wardrobe and would like to think they're behaved enough (in fact I know) that they wouldn't go prying anyway.

The one I worry about is the under mattress restraints and the straps/cuffs hanging out at each corner of the bed. The box is easy to spot and remember to hide, so need something visible again but so used to the restraints just being there, I barely notice them... so just waiting to forget one day and the youngest to ask what they're for 🤭 (mr)
