What things do you see or hear in everyday life which are so pathetically stupid and annoy you so much that you question why it's the most retarded sperm in the ball sack that reaches the egg ?

For instance, I was driving out of town along the M4 earlier, and you have the stretch near Heathrow (Junction 4 or thereabouts) where the speed limit seems permanently set at 60 mph, with "Speed Limit Reduced For Air Quality" displayed on the matrix boards.

It's obviously all down to the cars on the M4 rather than the fact that 'planes take off every thirty seconds half a mile away that the air quality is shit. What utter bozo came up with that ? That's the sort of thing I'm looking for.
