Right so I saw this YouTube short of this channel called spud brothers and they usually put cheese before they put the beans on but I’ve had beans before cheese my whole life.

What’s the right way? Has my whole life been a lie??

Beans then grated cheeseoon top, but if the cheese is sliced, then it's cheese then beans on top.... It's the law!

It's like the jam and clotted cream thing; put them on side by side to annoy everyone.

Only kidding; one school of though would say the cheese has to go on the spud first so it will melt properly, unless the beans are mouth-burningly hot. But why not put some cheese on the spud and then top the beans with some as well?

Cheese, beans then more cheese.

Your life hasn't been a lie, you've just not had enough cheese!

Everyone is wrong. You cut the cheese in to cubes, sprinkle them into the hot beans while still in the pan, give the teeniest of stirs, then pour the mixture onto the heavily buttered and fluffed potato. The cubes then become little molten pockets of gooey, cheesy loveliness.

You're welcome.

Add butter and mash up the potato so it goes all fluffy. Then add the grated cheese and put the beans on the top. The heat from the beans makes the cheese go all melty 😋

Herts/Beds/Lomdon

Live in a society where agricultural policy encourages potato cultivation.

Get job. Earn money.

Buy potato.

Cook potato.

Cut open (but not entirely in half)

Poke with fork.

Apologise..

Poke potato with fork.

Add beans.

Add cheese.

Add more cheese.

Add the bit of cheese you didn’t eat while adding the rest of the cheese.

Pepper.

Contemplate your new culinary god status.

Identify suitable location to sit and consume potato.

Consume potato.

Ponder other toppings.
