Anyway next week I will be in Samarkand, Uzbekistan and then maybe over near the Afghan border to see if we can get a selfie with a rocket launcher, If anyone fancies some outdoor fun? | |||

We were originally going to go to Tashkent, but decided on Samarkand as it’s on the old Silk Road & that architect tore wow! . Other than the architecture and photography, What else would you recommend doing around Samarkand maybe within 5-6 hours drive? We are there for almost 5 days I’m thinking it’s possibly a little bit too long | |||
