Morning all. Anyone else having broken sleep or waking early hours? What do you do while you’re awake? Can you go back to sleep again? Any remedies to help sleep through?

I go to bed fall straight to sleep and I’d never wake up if the alarm didn’t go off. Always been like that. I dread this ever changing. Sounds awful!
