What are your experiences and thoughts of this practise....either from a "therapy" standpoint or from a pre sex perspective3?

Interested in receiving one professionally but aprehensive....

I always douche before a meet, regardless of whether I'm meeting a couple or single fem.

I had 3 colonic irritations done over a period of a few weeks and for me I did feel a lot more energetic. Not sure if it was just mentally or if it was the therapy but I would have it done again.

Can you tell me the difference between a home enema kit and a regular douche?

A douche is like a bulb with a bit you insert and an enema kit is a bag which is raised above you with a tube that you insert....

This is basically a bag which holds up to 2litres of water with a long tube and is gravity fed. I use whilst standing in the shower then jump out and run like mad for the loo ... sorry, too much info, I know

I have one of these and it's very easy to use, just make sure the loo is really really close

You can lie down or stand up, but I find it's far easier to get to the loo if you do it standing up

Sounds like more effort than a douche to be honest, though my problem with douches is that you have to repeatedly use it in order to properly fill yourself, which takes a while.

Oddly, turkey basters can be useful for all manner of things other than that which the name implies.

Not too much trouble to use at all, just fill the bag (as previously said up to 2litres), hang it up and insert tube, gravity does the rest and you'll be all filled up by the time you've had your shower, no messing about having to fill a douche bulb half a dozen (or more) times ... simples .. squeak
