Got some yesterday, started using them today, seem to be doing the trick. Do we still classify as smokers as they produce no smoke?

It's vapour, many pubs/clubs and even public buildings will accept using them.

Some however can't understand the principle, best to ask first.

Made me cough like hell.

We gave up smoking last September, I (mr) have started using e-cigarettes in the last month to stop the cravings. I see myself as a non smoker now.

I'd say you're a non smoker too. Keep it up??

I doubt if a couple of hours in that it qualifies you as a non smoker to be honest, good luck with it but I wouldn't describe yourselves as non smokers just yet.

Finding they're very strong but it does actually feel like I'm smoking properly.

I found the ventilation on the end was making it too easy to draw on. I selltaped one side of the top, made much more like propper.

Of course you are still a smoker jeeze folks. Vapour is form if smoke its only because there is not the stench involved people are uncertain.

My son has been using one of late to cut down as he has tried all the other ways of giving up smoking and failed. He says it is really helping him.

smoke is particulate vapour is no huge difference

Smoke is minute particals of matter suspended in gaseous clouds.

Vapour is liquid suspended in the air. Vastly different and has no effect (not even smell mostly)on anyone else.

When you boil a kettle, if smoke comes out of it your in trouble

I've been using one for Afew months now and have had one cigarette in that time but I still have smoker on my profile with a update explaining as some non smokers can't understand the difference.
