Hey folks how have you all been doing ?

Has this passed few days been tough and shit ? Have you had a good time ? Let us know and use this thread as a safe space to speak or get something off your mind

Personally this passed few weeks for me has been some of the toughest I have had but I am keeping my head up and treading that water. Today especially feels like it’s been kicking me when I am down and at my lowest.

My pm is open to anyone that feels like they can speak publicly for advice or just a ear to listen

Tough few weeks too for various reasons.

Important to remember you are not alone and talk to a listening ear. The hardest step is first words.

My mental health fluctuates (Mr) almost daily, just as things seem good something goes bad, recently started playing football (walking) again and it's helping so much, feel like part of a team and actually have something to offer.

This week has been awful which wrapped up on Friday in a nice out of the blue panic attack to finish my day. Thankfully I've settled over the weekend and I'm hoping next week is better🤞🏼
