I don’t find it a turn off exactly but I do find myself being more cautious with men who have a tight foreskin because even when your super gentle sometimes it can still be uncomfortable for them, and that ruins my flow. Small penis concerns don’t exist in Japan but they are a concern in the Western discourse. This is borne out of conversation that were entertained.

If you have large labia or a significant clitoris and then some discussion was that this is some how not favourable or “normal”, that is how phobia or anatomical discontent becomes established.
