What’s the detail plan of your day please ?

Today I’m having a day 190% to myself, hitting the gym hard , having lunch then doing a big swim on the roof this afternoon , aiming for 200 laps (about 2.5K). Tonight I’m working on a UX design, learning Figma, long into the night with a few breaks for tea and cake. I’ll likely be hitting the sleep as the suns coming up

Clean my bedroom (bedding ) , set up my Halloween filming set In my studio Cabin for next week.

Goto gym tonight for an hour or so to

Compensate for sitting n my car for half a day yesterday .

Spend some time with folks / dinner

I’m feeding 3 dogs, exercising them, making various cups of tea for my mum, making sure my kids have had their breakfast.

I’m in the process of getting my mums living room ready for new flooring being put in tomorrow and Tuesday. I’ve spent most of the weekend completely emptying it, so just need to hoover it and wash the skirting boards. She’s having it decorated the week after so it means she is in my living room with me until then. I have given her free rein of the telly. Big mistake. She is partially hard of hearing in one ear and my telly has never been on so loud. I went to bed last night with a headache. And she watches Corrie AND Emmerdale 😭

I’ll be glad to go to work tomorrow for the peace and some rest!

When its sunny day it's nice just aimlessly driving aimlessly to nowhere in particular listening to the radio.

Not the North West...

Today is big shop day, and I reckon I'll do a roast dinner as I'm bloody starving.

Hopefully a long dog walk in the rain.

Shower by fairy lights.

And an evening watching a film with the only people I can tolerate.

I may workout as well, we'll play that one by ear though.
