I strolled into town doing 4.8km/hr then strolled back home a couple of hours later doing a steady 3.8km/hr drinking a latte and nibbling on a giant caramel slice.

I count that as a full body workout 😎

The fastest I can get a cork out of a bottle of wine using a barman’s cork screw ( note for continuity ) from circling the cap to removing the cork = 6.5 seconds ( at sea level ) any takers ..,
