Since September have been doing 30 mins with kettle bells 3 times a week and trying to up the protein in my diet with lots more eggs, chicken, broccoli etc. Anything else you’d suggest? " Not a suggestion as such but I would say to not expect overnight results! The part you are trying to improve is probably the hardest (In the same boat myself) persistence and consistency is the key so don’t give up | |||

" Sounds good to me. Perhaps introduce some HiiT or Boxing fitness workouts as well. Remember, ab definition starts in the kitchen. | |||
