I currently have the lurgy and feel like cr@p, hate the stuffy head and over tiredness, sleeplessness and aches- not anyone's cuppa is it, but to cheer myself up cuddle the dog hot bath to soak and just take it easy, snuggle up early in bee, as for dull nights- have a f..k with he hubby
