The Town by The Cross

I read it so often on here. 'So rude.....' particularly in relation to not getting replies to messages but in other instances too.

It has an weird effect on me , the word 'rude' ..... makes me chortle and see the user as a bit priggish ....

What is rude ?

Not replying on messages is not rude. They are just not interested. But also getting unsolicited pictures is rude. Kink shaming is rude. Women are rude. Men are rude. Ppl in general are rude and not just here. Ordering Guinness last is rude. Farting in public is rude. Im getting paid to be rude sometimes

I'm terribly sorry Grånny, but you're almost a septuagenarian and you really shouldn't be using "chortle" at you age. "Titter" is more apt for fine people of your vintage.

However, I feel that I'm now being supercilious in this post and this, Grånny, could be interpreted as being rude. 🙂♥️

East London

I had a very rude phone call from an acquaintance yesterday evening.

I think he was pissed off that I'd missed a few of his calls and when I did answer I was on my way out so couldn't listen to his gripes about women and life.

If offense is offered but I do not take it ...... does it still make a sound ?

It would make as much sound as a tiny field mouse. 🐁
