"The spooky season is upon us, so what creepy, scary or haunting books would you recommend. PS.Nothing by Stephen king, nor Shelley or Stoker !! What’s your particular flavour of horror? The weird stuff? The bloody? The psychological? A little bit cosy?" I've read loads, just after authors so I can have a quick review of their works.

Is Enoch invisible and does he ride on the head of the protagonist and bite and claw his scalp to make him commit murders ?

"My go to stories for Spooky Season - The Woman in Black - Susan Hill Hell House - Richard Matheson Whilst M.R.James is considered the master of the ghost story and worthy finding a 'best of' his stories, I'd recommend E.F.Benson and his short stories. His short story, "In The Tower" is a proper chiller." Thanks for the recommendations
