I had some lessons... its alot harder than u think it is and the bruises on your inner thighs hurt and You must have legs, arms and stomachs exposed to safely grip the pole. So whos had a go .?

The bruises are badges of honour anyway. They’re well earned.

There is that downside of having to watch out for the bruises (and aching muscles) when having sex.

“Oh yes, yes, right there, OW FUCK NOT THERE OW!”

A female cousin of mine got really into pole dancing a few year ago for fitness she lost weight and got stronger and got in really good shape.

Ended up going to clubs putting on displays with her Pole dancing mates etc in the end think she’s stopped now mind.

Not a pole dancer but a chair dancer and some of those moves leave very painful parts/bruises. I like to call them chair kisses.

As RTG said, definitely a badge of honour

Snowy has taken this up and absolutely loves it. Defo toning up the right places and now Mr can be c-hoked quite easily with those powerful thighs!

I know someone who used to do pole fitness once a week. It is indeed much harder than a some may think. Even bought a pole for her to practise on at home (no puns please !)

What put me off the most was they use Vodka to clean the pole 😱 what a waste !

I used to to pole 2-3 times a week (this was about 10 years ago) and also had a pole at home. It definitely kept me in shape!

The armpit grip doing the teddy bear hurts like fuck. But I use to love pole fitness before I had kids. I’ve dabbled with it a few times since but I find it really hard now, probably because I’m a lot heavier
