The heating is on, it may however explode as needs fixing so if I disappear just know that I was finally warm 🫣

Had mine on for the last few days.

Seemed unbearable to go any longer without.

We are truly in the season of mists, mellow fruitfulness etc etc

It needs to drop to the minus figures before mine goes on.

Not putting mine on until at least February.

I have electric radiators and they cost an absolute fortune to run.

I gave up and put the heated blanket on! Just shocked at how early the cold is approaching 😕

Yeah, that's a big part of it. The skin kids can put a jumper on 🤣

Had the central heating on all week. Now the central heating is on and the fire is burning!

I don't get why putting the heating on is a big thing. Mines on all year round and set to come on if it drops below 18°c.🤷‍♀️

Mine went on today as well. I think my resistance was low because I've been so tired. It will be turned off again when I head to bed though!! 😆

Was on this morning for a little bit, but only minimum to get rid of the chill in the air. I'll have my windows open tonight though 😂🤣

Somewhere near here

Mine went on this evening so it wasn’t too nippy when climbing out of the bath. Having to be tight with it though as the heating oil isn’t coming until the end of the week

You and I both know that these threads are always a competition to see who can go the longest without putting their heating on!!

Be a while yet before mine goes on usually wait till it first gets to 0 degrees outside then put on on every night after that. Have resorted to wearing a jumper in house on night time though

I refuse to do it before October! I still have my summer duvet on the bed but I have moved from T-shirt and shorts to trackies and socks when lounging around.

Underfloor heating is on and not sad! Gotta be cozy.

Only downstairs though. I like a cold bedroom with thick covers
