I recently “discovered” Brassic” on Netflix and I think it’s very funny, the characters are funny, the writing is good, love the unethical doctor and it doesn’t hurt Michelle Kegan is in it lol

Shameless (UK version) brought up on a council estate so I waited to be insulted by some ignorant middle class writer. Certainly the early seasons were quite good and accurate. I felt the same about the Royle Family but Craig and Caroline put humanity right next to humour.

I love the Royle Family. It went a bit stereotypey but the earlier episodes were perfect.

Justin Timberlake’s music.

As a metal head, I went to a gig with Mrs Wick thinking “oh god, this is gonna be like pulling teeth”.

It turned into one of the most enjoyable gigs I’ve attended.

Being rimmed. I didn’t expect that to feel as good as it did.

Oh, wait. This wasn’t meant to be sexual, was it?

Erm … Coldplay at Glastonbury. I can’t bear them usually. Bland, self-satisfied nonsense. But they put on a hell of a show, didn’t they? Worthy headliners, I thought.

I had the same thought when I saw them at the LOW festival

The first Purge film. I'd dismissed the franchise as trash but I was surprised that it was good.

I find MAFS *fascinating*

You’d ruin yourself playing a drinking game where you had to down a shot each time one of them mentioned ‘trusting the process’.

Watching Muse live about 9ish years ago. Wasn't really into them or their type of music at the time but my mate had a spare ticket and asked if I fancied it. Went a long, they had dizzie rascal headlining, and Bastille, and Muse put on quite the performance as well. Safe to say I was well into their music after this then
