Thinking of changing mobile supplier to Giff Gaff, have any of you fabsters had experience with using them, either good or bad.

Thanks in anticipation

Use them for the 3G on my iPad. No problems at all, other than the removal of the Adult Bar being a bit hit and miss.

Occasionally the network disappears longest I have seen it happen for is a week! But apart from that it is dirt cheap and giff gaff to giff gaff calls and texts are always free so long as you top up £10 every 3 months. There is no number to call if you have a problem though its all done online.

Not had any problems with them at all. Remember and lift the adult bar ASAP as through experience, it'll interfere with browsing fab

Which I can imagine is a bit of a bugger if their internet goes down.

If their Internet goes down, so does O2's, as they share the same infrastructure

I have been with them for 16 months. Never had a problem. Different providers work better than others for signal strength around the country though.

You don't get customer services to ring you have to do it all on line on the forums but its cheap so can be well worth it.You don't get customer services to ring you have to do it all on line on the forums but its cheap so can be well worth it.

Spot on. They run on O2's network so if O2 are experiencing issues then so will Giffgaff. I've never used them but I'm on O2, have been for around five years without issue.

They are great value. Only thing I disliked is having to go and buy a voucher every month. But for 10 pound, unlimited texts, internet and I think 200 mins. Cant get much better

You don't need to. You can set your Goody bag to reoccur. Just comes straight out bank if u save card details

I couldn't get on with the service.. Topped up £10 and wouldn't let me use the Internet. Knew nobody on Giff Gaff so I binned it.

I went with Tesco Mobile and pay £10 per month for for unlimited texts and data , plus 500 mins.

With giff gaff, and saved me a fortune. Any problems I've had have been dealt with an online support team really quickly.
