The Town by The Cross

Today at breakfast the tip of my nose froze and my shoulder blades chilled, whilst further North feet were feeling cold and with a wind chill would have felt colder.

There will be a light sprinkling of woolly socks and cardigans throughout the day, turning a little duvet in the evening.

Cheltenham

Around here it is a thick layer of waterproofs followed by more waterproofs and then ending with waterproofs this evening.

Why are your feet north of your nose. Did you eat your breakfast while standing on your head?

Here in the south theirs a light northerly wind cloudy with drizzle later but still warm enough to get my cockles out .

As I look down towards my feet my temperature gauge suggests it's very cold

The Continental

A strong chance of goosebumps, with an outside shout of a runny nose. The car says it’s 9 degrees, my legs agree. 🥶

Dubai & Nottingham

It’s 38° here today it’s quite nice in the rooftop pool with a slight breeze. I am missing the UK weather though, it’s perfect at the moment for nice long walks in the peaks & cosy nights with a open fire and a blanket !

We let you all think that so that you’ll mostly stay away and leave us in peace.

That would explain all the blue legs on display when the sun comes out then

Followed by a two page spread in The Sun with thousands of people packed into local parks and the scarlet backs and arms the following day

My mum lived in Aberdeen for 35 years I'm well aware of the balmy Scottish weather

Phew what a scorcher!
