Any 5k runners about?

So recently turned to the 5k started about 4 months ago and couldn’t run while distance, first time was running a little and walking and finished with a time of 33.09…been working hard nearly every day and current best is 22.16 (not too bad for a 41 year old) Really want to hit under 20 minutes so that’s my current goal! What’s your best time

Brighton - even Hove!

I do a seafront run in Seaford and as long as I’m not last I don’t worry about the time. Their version of a Parkrun. My inspiration and determination is governed by me thinking I’m running to a fresh doughnuts van.
