Somewhere In The Ether…

Ey up good folks again 👍🏻

What colour is the exterior of your house?

I was thinking (I do this every now and then) - why don’t more folks paint the outside?

I’m talking Balanory style happiness here my fine peeps.

Anyway, if you were to paint the outside of your house, what colour would you choose?

The Continental

It’s brick coloured.

Why isn’t it painted? Because I’m too lazy to do it, and I can’t afford to pay someone else to.

I’d have the rear painted with rainbows n stuff. It’d put a smile on the face of the kid every day.

I could paint mine, but it'd look naff in the middle of a terrace of victorian red brick.

It would be teal if I reeeeeeaaaaally had to.

Redhill

It’s white.

I don’t paint it another colour cos it’s not my house.

Landlord had the door painted khaki green. 🫣 hate it.

Upon considered reflection, I think I’d go for a lavender/pastel violet hue.

It would look lovely paired with the white window frames.

My neighbours would be rendered rightly envious and would likely follow suit I’m sure 😃

Mine is wooden, chalet style. It looks like I live in Centre Parks.

Mine is classic magnolia. I do hanker after painting the back pink, to contrast with the white bits in a Balamory style. I dont think I would be bold enough to paint the front pink. I am in a steel grey and silver neighbourhood

It’s white, previously painted by previous owner, I would change it if I could!

We chose Terracotta for the hallway, but the tone really wasn't accurate to the description.

As a result, the hallway is Oompa-Loompa orange!

I live in a flat, so sadly it's not an option. There's a street of terraces just around the corner that are all different pastel colours and I absolutely love walking past them.

I've recently had mine painted,

Sandstone because I already had the paint from years ago. I had the gutters done to, just in vase we decide to move.

I would of preferred purple though

My late nan who used to live in Brixham in Devon had a fully pink house (with her neighbours in various other pastel shades).

I remember being absolutely fascinated by it’s cheery colouring as a child 😃😃

It looks lovely doesn't it, I keep googling pink house pictures. I might do it.
