I’ve changed my diet massively. I’m eating whole grain everything now and drinking gallons of water. I like being stocky but also want to be lean

I turned 50 in May. I didn't feel any sort of way about it (still don't!), but I'm extremely grateful to not be 20 again (I had a rubbish time of it in my 20s!)
