Evening all, I've been using this site for a few weeks now and I'm still yet to meet someone else like minded to explore my new found self with.

I've not got a whole lot of confidence so to speak, but I'm fully open to constructive criticism no matter the pain, I've redone my profile as advised by others and I'm still failing epically.

I know that nothings ever guaranteed, but what could I do to heighten my probability as I don't want multiple partners, just someone like minded in such endeavours,as I'm just being left on read or ignored entirely.

Or is this commonplace with men as a whole.

Much love and appreciation

Please be nice.

Other than the line about your pc, your profile text is ok.

You might want to change the word malicious in your status? Sounds a bit odd.

Go to a social and/or a club... If you look at the number of users online currently, and it's a Sat night. I would bet my next pay cheque 80% are single males. You're seeking the same as so many others. Best thing to do is to actually get out there and mingle in real life

I've found that networking is a game changer. My preference is for social events. I like day time coffee socials where everyone can chat and the music isn't ear splitting. Try s few and see what works for you. I didn't enjoy clubs.

Messaging, particularly when you are new, is mostly like pissing in the wind, except the wind is a howling gale of rabid penis's.

Yeah I've considered it mate thanks, my nerves get the better of me but it could be a valid shot non the less.

I wouldn't know what to do though as I'm quite timid in new environments ha :L

Have you been to a bar or a pub before? Then it's no different. Say hello, strike up conversation and away you go

The easiest thing to do is to ensure that you have realistic expectations.

Most people will not be mutually compatible with most other people. Some action people take weeks and months before they actually conclude discussions, with people and actually get to meet

A woman may get contact from several hundred men but only 1 might be compatible.

Probably better to go to socials and clubs and engage in the flesh, to supplement your activities here

It’s a pub or bar and you already have something in common….

Look for a place that's known to be welcoming to newbie's. Ask around. They do exist. Don't be afraid to take a day and travel. It's worth it.

People understand that new folk back be shy and uncertain and you'll find that some will make time for you simply because you new. A good host will make introductions

Once you've been several times, those envelopes are not new. There was a Stafford social about 4 weeks ago, that could have been useful.

Alicante, Spain. (Sometimes in Wales)

Your profile looks fine to me, but you're one of many, sorry.

Get to a social and when you are there, speak to different people. Face to face, like anyone else, you will stand out way more than on the screen.

Best of luck,

Gbat

Hiya op

Maybe set your age bracket, and don't just rely on messages, use more of the site, meet section, cam chat rooms a chance to engage with others can build up confidence, and obviously the forums get involved
