Look at it as your 40’s were good but your 50’s will be better (but with more respite inbetween) 🤩

I've walked 46 miles this week (been on my hols) and I feel fine, apart from an old broken bone in my foot that will never heal properly.

The secret I've found is multi vitamins. One a day has helped me no end, and thankfully I don't need the loo during the night.

Yes, you slow a little, but you become more interesting, as you've got more experience and things to say.

MOROCCO Wherever I lay my hat

I can't say I have. I got a new lease of life at 50 and am fitter, happier and healthier than I used to be. My only problem is knackered achilles so i do hobble in the morning till they warm up a bit!

Think it’s you bud.

It is just a number and how you approach life. If you’re struggling mentally look to the CALM campaign against living miserably stuff

I am nearly at the end of my 50’s and it has been a great decade.

Plenty of fun and many hot memories.

I absolutely hated turning 50 felt like the world was gonna end after a phenomenal 40’s.

How wrong I was. I since got my first C level position, traveled the world, retired, unretired, got engaged , retired again had more sex than ever before and just done a month manual labour landscaping my land and now a winter adventure awaits.

Daily juicing, swimming, good diet

I’m 53 and I hate everything, the dark, the cold, the hot, the sun, the people, next door neighbours dog barks too much and what’s with these wet floor signs, can a man not claim an injury that wasn’t his fault now? There’s assholes everywhere

Also get this …. You can be in bed at any time you like, you know what food is best, you are master of your own domain l, if you want to get healthy you know what truly works for you, being over 50 rocks, everyone loves a bit of silver fox so get out there and smash it, just be careful not to sneeze too much as that’s a week off work and you will forget what day it is

I’m 50 in December *gently weeps* and I feel like this now! I do have tits and a fanny though, so I’m a more of a miserable bitch.

Age is not just a number, that's complete nonsense. People all age differently, depending on genetics and lifestyle.

Your answer is not helpful at all.

Brighton - even Hove!

My hair is grey/silver and my tummy slightly bigger but apart from that, same as before. I did shave under my arms, my chest and manscaped below though which I hadn’t done properly before. Health is good and the most important aspect at the moment - maintaining that health. All good.
