Brighton - even Hove!

I rather enjoyed the Agathie Christie trail in Torquay and Kents Cavern and the beach at Babbacombe. I don't think I spoke to anyone local though.

I've been to Hong Kong but never been to Devon even though I grew up in Somerset. May just have to change that.

We visit a photographer mate there a lot and in the Summer it's like the entire contents of the West Midlands' rougher council estates have visited en masse, add those to the slightly odd natives and it's a potent mix !

selly oak

the best time to go any where in the bay is the winter! 1 the locals know where they are going 2 they get on with what they have to do 3 you don't spend hours in your car trying to go from one side to the other because all the carvans have blocked the roads

lol

Not anywhere nearly so many caravans these days as most of the better caravan sites have been sold for housing.....it used to take ages to drive from Newton Abbot to Torbay, it's nowhere near as busy now.

i spent a couple of seasons fighting. then came back to exeter. They don't come in land here just the m5 and the major A roads. but yes spent many a hour going from penn inn to the ring round. then i found the back road but that could be just as bad as all the locals used it lol
