I'm terribly excited about this!

The tour marks 50 years since the band formed.

I hope they play my favourite track Phantom of the Opera.

Fingers crossed I get a ticket.

If you are Maiden fan what's your favourite track?

Favourite is Run to the hills

Seen them several times and will be trying for London tickets.Spent way to much on merch as well.

The dates posted look good and think they will add another London night if there is the demand.

Would have been nice if they had posted prices with the announcement.

I haven't been a fan of anything they've released since the 80s and not seen them live since Donington 92 but I'd quite like to see this tour as a "one last time" type thing. The setlist is going to be great and their shows are always spectacular.

Would be good to hear Wasted Years, Powersl*ve and 22 Acacia Avenue.

"They've surely got to be headling Download next year. "

Seems doubtful now - there’s usually a clause for DL headliners that they can’t be touring at the same time.

Shame - one of my favourite DL memories was when they flew a Spitfire over back in 2013. That was pretty special!

Really can’t afford tickets for this tour but I suspect I’ll be finding a way to make it happen especially if it’s one of the shows with Halestorm as support! If of course the queues to buy tickets online aren’t ridiculous and I can actually get my grubby mitts on some.

Among others! If you're hoping for a particular song that isn't one of their huge ones, you may be disappointed. The problem is their song library is so big they can't possibly please everyone in one show. I saw them a decade ago and remember hearing people moaning after about them not playing a particular song They've done like 20 albums!!!

Was a great show though, you'll have an awesome time

Favourite Track?

Probably 'Prodigal Son' off Killers.

Can't say I'm excited for the tour.

Saw the band during the Book of Souls tour and Shinedown were supporting and Knocked Maiden into a cocked hat.

It was pretty clear Bruce was phoning it in even if the rest of band weren't.

Now we've got Bruce complaining about mobile phones at gigs (which is likely more to do with being able to charge for an official tour movie than actual disruption) and Nicko has retired from touring.

So lackluster frontman and a session drummer? I'll save me money thanks

Although it'll likely have good puppets of Eddie again

I agree with the Shinedown statement. They were an awesome support band. But that tour was the first time Bruce had performed since his cancer treatment. I think he's allowed to have one off tour. The Future Past and Legacy tours were fantastic

Killers is my second favourite album behind Somewhere In Time.

Looking forward to seeing Halestorm supporting them in London.

If you want to know ahead of time - the site setlist FM has them listed from previous sets.

Looks like they're playing the same set everywhere. Last 2, Helsinki + Dressel, were the same anyway.

Won't post in case some prefer a surprise

"Favourite Track?

"

Agreed. Saw them on the book of souls tour and yeah Bruce wasn’t at his best but like has been said. He was probably finding his feet. I saw them 2023 at the o2 and they were brilliant. I’m off to Manchester to see them tomorrow night. Can’t wait.

My mum treated Dave Murray’s mum in the 90’s and got chatting about their kids being in bands. Mrs Murray was not sure that she had heard of my brothers band at the time. But luckily my

Mum had heard of her son’s band - iron maiden as she’d been telling my brother to turn it down for years to the reply of “you’ll never silence the maiden!!”

The autographs she got blew my brothers minds.

My first vinyl was bring your daughter to the slaughter. 🤘🏽
