Should I make a list of accounts that I have proven to be fake? I'm quite wiley at detecting them and haven't been wrong yet? What everyone's opinions?

Many moons ago...

I used to be a profile mod on another adult site.

I used to flag up and ban / block loads ... often the same repeat offenders

I suggested to the powers that be.. how they could block ips or or give people the tools to stop it.

They were never interested as most fakes etc get found out

And the metrics of new sign ups / user count is all a lot of site owners really care about

No. If people can't see for themselves the fake accounts than that's on them Most are easy enough to spot if people use their brains.
