Some fake ones strut great, mostly the ones where they are like glued on footballs with a space you can drive a truck inbetween the gap. Some fake ones look amazing and you could never tell. Some natural ones are lovely and some not so much.

Just remember that not everyone with a boob job has it done out of wanting massive tits.

I will stick with my real ones! I had a friend who was getting implants she wanted to know if I could go with her for her appointment as she wanted to ask the consultant if he could get hers just like mine! Strange compliment but a compliment all the same

Some ladies have fake inplants etc for medical reasons.

Its the boobs that sit like footballs I dislike. The ladies that have increased so many cup sizes so they breasts look un natural I dislike.

Every lady has a choice and as long as they are happy then fine.

I just prefer natural boobs big or small...but not football breasts x

Medical reasons. If I remember right afriend from ages ago had cancer and had an amount of breast tissue compromised. I believe she had an implant in it and a fresh nipple. X

But surely in the long run that's still cosmetic reasons? Don't get me wrong I would of had the reconstruction as well. I know people that have had similar and had an implant, also one lady who had muscle etc taken from her back and a new breast constructed from that and her nipple tattooed on. They said that would give her a more natural look. Very clever what they can achieve now!

Yeah I know what you mean. I know people who have chosen not to have the reconstructive surgery after cancer treatment. I didn't have cancer but did have my surgery due to a considerable difference in size and shape. My surgery gave me much more confidence. Best thing I ever did x

Enhanced boobies are not 'fake' they are simply changed, some larger, some made smaller, and for many many reasons.... they are not plastic , stuck on ones, that are taken off before bed or washed separately. They are 'real' but enhanced.

All I asked was that people considered 'all' the reasons that people have reconstructive surgery, and also acknowledged that surgery does not make them 'fake', merely enhanced.

I'm a man, size is everything! Imagine a guy with a two inch penis having a penis extension. Now sir, would you like an average 6inch penis, or a 10incher? What's he gonna choose. Maybe I should be from Texas.

I take your point, but women with small boobs are sexy too, so if you're only having them enhanced a couple of cup sizes to an average size I don't really see the point, especially with the cost and the upkeep of future operations to replace or remove.
