Always on the move

So, I'm curious about the topic of Usernames.

I read a thread yesterday where a gentleman was having a bit of a complain over his lack of meets after several months on fab etc etc.

Anyway, it was pointed out that his username (I won't post it here) wasnt the most appealing and would put people off.

So, I ask this fabbers/forumites. How important is a username, and does it dictate a reply from you?

I changed mine recently from "Mr Unexceptional" which was my attempt at a tongue in cheek Fab joke. Maybe that's been putting people off?

Curious to hear/see opinions.

I have to say a naff username like turbocock2000 or bigdick88 will put me off .. I prefer imaginative names that amuse me . They're far more likely to pique my interest
