Being told by a particular company to resend my ID as they can't open the attachment that I sent about 3 weeks ago. I have been trying to renew with them for the last few months, even sent a copy of my payslip in post (they never got it, apparently), twice or 3 times via email (first never received, 2nd "can't open attachment"- only after I moaned on social media). The tools to upload needed documents on their website and app are useless. So I finally told them today that I was done trying to renew and they can shove it where the sun doesn't shine (I didn't use so many words but that was the overall meaning). A couple of pounds discount is just not worth all that hassle.

That I got to a job booked in for months and turned up it wasn’t ready had to pull away, went to a job that I could’ve made my day and steels were going in so today is a write off
