" So basically i post a daily pose (picture) with instructions - how long /how many reps etc I try to run it via telegram as i run out of messages on fab (and it takes forever to individually message everyone twice a day with the picture and instructions!) I think the reason I maybe hard on myself is some years ago at work there was a 5 minute plank challenge 6 people managed between 1 minute to 3 minutes.3 were able to complete the 5 minutes | |||
