I haven't put any up at all this year.

First time in all my 35 years i have been alone at Christmas so its been a quiet one for me.

Its times like this where i miss having someone in my life.

I put up a 2ft fibre optice tree on wednesday and will take it down tomorrow night when daughter goes to her dads. That's more than long enough for me x

a few very nice cards on the mantle and a string of lights ,,, will be down tomorow ,,, just about to tuck in to orange juice , two weetabix and two ibuprofen for xmas lunch ,,, another year alone ,,, lol note to self ,,, remember to call samaritans

It's never too soon to take decorations down - better still don't put the **** things up in the first place.

Enjoy the freedom and flexibity solitude brings. It'll all be back to 'normal' far too quickly.

15 years here as well Jay has gone to his daughters for christmas........ with his ex wife

we got the deccys up, and we think just the opposite to most of the posts here today. We feel the place looks so bare when we take em down. We keep ours up till 12th night. xxxxxx
