I’m pretty sure I read or heard somewhere very reliably that nipple covers can be detrimental to the nipple and lead to problematic conditions like ……… errrrrrr ………. Bad nipple and stuff

I’d recommend jumping up and down and generally a quicker pace for the walking of the trusty hound .

I was somewhat hungover this morning so did not walk him at 6.00, and now at lunchtime it is pissing down (and he likes the rain even less than me), so again he has not been walked.

A late afternoon or evening walk would not go amiss...

Totally personal preference i say

Certain tops that i wear i prefer to wear without a bra so then i will wear nipple covers dependent on where i am in public or travelling etc but if meeting I’ll then remove them once arrived this is because i have big nipples and i don’t want to draw to much attention to myself lol I’m not sure anyone wants my nipples right in there face either haha

My nipples are often quite prominent. I do get a bit self conscious about them sometimes when I’m at the gym in my Lycra tops as I do wonder if people think it’s a bit obvious but the only alternative is for me to wear covers really which I don’t fancy doing.
