Fab stopped opening

Anyone else having issues with fab opening on mobile data?

I’ve checked my settings and can’t see anything that’s stopping it. Will only work through WiFi.

Any suggestions?

Contact your mobile provider. They've probably disabled/restricted 'adult content'. It's straightforward to get it reversed, with no quibble questioning from your supplier.

Alternatively, you should be able to do this yourself via your mobile provider's online dashboard (if they offer such a service).

I'm with VOXI and they allow this online.

I had the opposite problem this week. Just used mobile data for the day and it was the fine the next day.

Perfect thank you, been through my providers app and seems your right however it’s telling me I need to take ID into store. That’s a job for another day haha.

Strange how it’s only done it all if a sudden as been with them years and it’s always been fine 🙄
