Any one knows about samsung mobile phone

Having problems with my phone. When I'm on wifi at home I can see all the pictures on My profile. But when I'm using my phone out side of home our somewhere, then I cannot view any pics on site. Any suggestions.

I have two Samsungs.

I suspect it's a network issue rather than a phone issue. Have you got adult content access enabled with your provider?

Check your mobile data is on, and that you haven't exceeded data usage.

Also check for data restrictions in your settings or the app you are trying to view them on, It might be set to only use WiFi.

For me (Samsung user), it was about removing age restrictions from the phone, via my mobile carrier.
