Body stubble..ouch !

I need some advice please. I had my legs, arms and front torso waxed for comic relief a few weeks ago.

As it looked rather silly having no hair except around my groin I took a razor to that area as well for the first time, so I was basically fully shaven.

However now it is all growing back, and my god it's so uncomfortable, specially when I sit down and my legs move across the chair or bend over and stubble meets stubble in my midrift.

Sooo ... I'm using a body puff thing to stop any ingrowing hair, but does anybody have any further tips to minimise the grief until the hair grows back fully ?

Not as much as I do

I'll nip in to town this afternoon and get some talc. Mind you, I've never bought moisturiser before !

I can't help laughing at this, sorry. Just thing if they posted this as a warning before anybody shaved things off for charity, I think we'd all be sitting in baths of custard or beans instead.

I'm afraid I can't offer any constructive advice except be careful with that powder puff and maybe go for a rewax....

Ouch in deed my hubby had the same problem if u buy coco butter it's quite greasy and works well for stubble x

You don't need to spend a fortune on moisturiser, Superdrug's own brand is usually pretty good but you will feel the benefits.

Don't use talc and moisturiser at the same time by the way, use one in the morning and one at bedtime or you'll end up with lumps of talc all over

Not a lot you can really do for the itch, I'm afraid. I don't know what "puff" you're using, but I recommend exfoliating gloves to prevent in-grown hairs and, as already said, a good moisturiser will offer some relief.

Cocoa butter but that's if you're a man who can handle smelling like chocolate.

Either that or anything with aloe vera.

'puff' is one of those spherical net type things, I'm not sure what the technical term is

I've got some moisturiser now after a very wet walk into Worthing and it does say it has aloe vera so hopefully that will help

I'm not a fan of chocolate so certainly don't want to smell of it lol

Have a look at shaniwax.co.uk has a good advice page on aftercare worked us also dabbing witch hazel can stop redness etc
