" I bought a new kettle. It arrived last week. Today I get a message saying I have a delivery this afternoon, then to say it will be later and then that it was delivered through the letter box abpuy an hour ago. Connection with the kettle, well the tracking no is the same. Also the proof pic provided nothing like my front door and shows a little parcel about to be pushed through. Tried calling them but that robbot took me round and round in circles. Online chat was just as bad. Where have all the humans gone? It's all getting worse.
