So what is everyone's view on Emily Armstrong and Linken Parks new song?

I quite like it, not really heard her sing the old songs much but this new song relates a lot for me and is a perfect anthem that represents closing a big chapter of my life.

I like it! She's got a great voice. No-one was ever going to be able to truly replace Chester Bennington but I think she's a really great fit and look forward to seeing them live at some point.

It was released Thursday I think, I am not trying to compare her to Chester which I think helps. Will be interesting to see the direction the new album takes and how much touches on Chester and his struggles.

She sounds good, it obviously won't be the same and she has a tough job ahead of her but I'm looking forward to the future.

Lucky enough to see them with Chester hope to see them with Emily.

Sounds promising, I’m glad she doing her own thing and not trying to mimic Chester. It definitely wouldn’t work if they did, Chester had his own unique sound and style that’s sadly gone. It’s a new chapter and for the band to survive and do well again they have to find more than a new singer, they need to be willing to explore and embrace a new distinct style and sound that would win listeners over, all over again

Her voice is different to Amy Lees. You're right though she has a fantastic voice. Cristina Scabbia too!

Torn here, on one hand they need to move on but I think we all fans felt it when Chester left us.

I'm not a fan of the new single yet, didn't get me in first listen. I'm happy they are making music again, but maybe a fresh start with a new band name and all would be better, so the comparisons wouldn't hold them back.
