In your opinion, from experience, where in the UK is the best place to visit for the weekend, should you want to sample a new club/event/night-out?

Depends on how far you want to go!

I've done Cornwall which is good if you want sea views, Scotland for mountains and lochs, I've also done Brighton and other towns which have a decent nightlife

Portsmouth historic dockyard … it’s outstanding

Inc HMS Victory and the Mary Rose etc it’s brilliant plus the harbour tour , over in Gosport the diesel / Electric submarine. It’s a great day out for a family or even if you’re on your own doing research. I would highly recommend it.
