I have tiny nips, about the size of a 5 pence but they are always hard as bullets to the point I’m careful what I wear as they are always poking through my T-shirt.

Is it the kind of thing people even notice on a guy? Do you have similar? It’s not like we can try to hide them in a padded bra!

Yes I notice and love it More to the point, did the ketchup and mustard not sting?

Lol, he’s a battle hardened soldier, the sad thing is doing that made me hungry and I could reach to eat it

I'm fat so mine are more noticable than others one more so because it has a piercing.

People do notice and have commented on it a couple times. It's not something I'd try to hide since it's a normal bodily reaction.

I'm the same, some people notice and some women have commented that they enjoy. I try not to let it bother me but do think about what I wear as get self conscious
