If you're prepared to do it, all well and good. When I worked in Johannesburg I used to drive 120km to work, and again home in the evening - that's about 80 miles.

No, it's the magnanimous offer of me driving over 130 miles to his hotel where he will rock my world, coupled with the assumption that I'm shaved, douched, dressed and sitting around waiting to go, that gets me eyerolling!
