"Obviously thinks they are an “influencer”. Surely that much equipment shouldn’t be allowed. Trip hazard etc. " It is an obstacle and also forces people to take more circuitous routes carrying equipment around the gym to avoid getting 'in shot'. Which increases the risk of injury to others. | |||

If my form feels squirrely, I prop my phone on my water bottle. It's good enough. | |||

Or one could ask a more experienced member or a PT to have a look, I always found other gym-goers to be extraordinarily helpful towards neophytes. | |||

" For lifts like the squat it is useful to see from the side to check the bar path. Difficult to see when thr mirror is in front of you. | |||
