We have a single duvet each. That way there's no cover stealing or disturbing the other when you're kicking your leg out. It's wonderful 😁

Lightweight one for summer, 17.5 for winter. Super soft quilt cover as love the feeling on naked skin 😊

The pillows have to be big and soft for me, I always try and get the ridiculous expensive ones.

Not to bothered about duvet, if I'm cold I'll just put a hoodie or something on.

Currently I have Disney Ursula sheets. They're my favourite. Other regular appearances are pink Lilo and Stitch sheets, or if I'm trying to pretend I'm an actual grown up I have a few dark moon and star themed options.

Definitely prefer softer colours, pink is both our favourite but any pastel shades are good. Soft touch ones are good but nice cool cotton cover on a hot evening is good too

"What duvet cover do you have? If no duvet, what bed cover do you have?"

I’m just in the process of deciding what to buy to replace the ones I accidentally decluttered (thought they were the ones for the double bed I no longer have). This is a way more difficult task than I ever thought it could be!

Curtains and bed spread are Cadbury purple.

Depending on the rest of the room, what about royal blue, forest green? Or white/grey/beige is always safe

Transsexual Transylvania

Currently I have my sexy blonde angel of death duvet cover,a black sheet, and piles of skulls and candles pillow cases.

Also, at the bottom of the bed, my big fluffy midnight blue blanket, in case it gets cold (and for my little black cat to sleep on),

We have a king duvet on a double bed but it still ends up being hogged. It was a cheap and cheerful one from the supermarket paired with a cheap and cheerful coloured square type pattern cover which is already faded and some of the seams have become loose. It does its job and survives the washing machine, for now.

I have several differing sets (yes, even as a single chap. Please don't be too shocked). They are all in varying shades of grey/charcoal. I also have a soft grey throw at the bottom of the bed which can be opened up if required (very handy if I have a lady visitor and wet patches are likely to occur)

I usually have something botanical. My colour spectrum range is green (obviously!) yellow, teal or black (plain).

I also occasionally do chintzy duvet covers with mix and match pillow cases. I find matching sets a bit bland.

Bed sheet wise I do like brushed cotton.

My current one is a reversible mixed colours, block pattern. I use the lighter colours when wanting the sensation of wanting a cooler ambience and darker, when wanting warmer. I mostly use white cotton, which is perhaps a faux pas though

White bed linen here too.

With the fancy ‘cooling’ bed sheets for summer and more flannelette for winter.

Actually there’s a possibility the flannelette became a dog bed/vague attempt at protecting the back seats of the car from a muddy Labrador last summer 🤔

I had a colleague brag about her new white linen.

I pointed out that her partner was an aircraft tech who worked shifts and guaranteed they wouldn't stay crisp and white for long.

True!

I don't see why anyone would brag about it. More, people seem against my use of white cotton, in a way they wouldn't be against it if it were My Little Pony or some psychedelic pattern.

I find it strange that something so unremarkable elicits such strong emotions, is all.

Hungarian goose down duvet (4.5 tog for summer) in Sheridan cotton linen. If you've not tried Hungarian goose down, try it. It's game changing and it's worth every penny. It's like sleeping in a perfectly temperature-controlled cloud.

Linen was bought inexpensively from justlinen - they specialise in expensive brand closeouts. Really comfortable stuff. eBay also offers some good bargains on Hungarian goose down duvets.
