msn? skype?

I was just wondering if everybody that was on MSN has now had to go on SKYPE, i know i have but i was chatting to my son tonight and he is still on MSN and sign"s in with no problem and hasnt been directed to set up the skype, so is it not the same for everyone?

tbh I not been on my msn for a while but last time I logged in it had all changed completely different. I already have skype so not an issue for me.

I already had skype, but I was led to believe that at some point soon, all msn will have to migrate to skype.

yes i got an e mail saying it was going over to skype sometime in march so i dowloaded it, i had no idea i could have stayed on msn

Skype is diabolical..we wont bother...and its worth baring in mind that you cant get rid of your registration name, so if anyone else uses the comp and hits on it I would suggest you keep your user names 'sensible'..

my msn has totally gone including hotmail. Still have same addy, but the wholeaccount has changed and has different name. Not keen on Skype, so rarely use it.

yes mines the same but i can still open the hotmail so you should be able to do the same

I can't find messenger on mine now so I've gone onto Skype on my mobile but not updated my pc yet,but that new outlook thing is rubbish I'm having loads of trouble trying to open my emails

I don't who took over who but its just made it worse and I'm not on Facebook or twitter, just wish I could get a email service that I could work or get to work
